We 100% guarantee our Lovebumper products and you can read about that on our guarantee page. On other items, we have to take extra precautions on returns due to the personal nature of the products we supply. We are just unable to resell anything that has been returned and are unfortunately unable take back product unless it is damaged or it is the incorrect item according to the sales invoice.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 10 days of receipt of your shipment for an exchange. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is a result of our error. In the case of refunds, we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase upon receipt of your returned product. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
This return policy applies to all orders shipped to the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. All orders shipped to other international locations are final, unless of course it is an error on our part.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
If you would like to return or exchange an item, simply follow the instructions below:
- Email us at Contact Us or call us at 604 451 0321 we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a return address.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging along with the packing slip and mail the item back to the address that we provide you. Items without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. We recommend that you return the item via an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, and USPS Parcel Post) and that you insure the item for its full value. Postage or courier fees for the return shipment must be prepaid.
Note: We will provide you with a prepaid FedEx return label if the return is a result of our error.
